TradeListAI ("we", "us") operates the directory at tradelistai.co.uk, listing UK trades and service businesses to help customers find them.

What information we show

Our public business listings contain information about businesses that is already publicly available (for example on Google), such as business name, trade, town, postcode area, phone number and aggregate review rating. We do not publish private contact names or email addresses.

Lawful basis

We process publicly available business information under our legitimate interests in operating a business directory. Where a listing concerns a sole trader (an individual), that information may constitute personal data; we handle it accordingly and honour removal requests.

Enquiries you send

If you submit an enquiry through a business's profile, we pass your details (postcode, request and phone number) to that business so they can respond. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else.

Your rights & removal

You can ask us to correct or remove a listing, or to access or delete personal data we hold about you. Email privacy@tradelistai.co.uk and we will action reasonable requests.

Cookies & analytics

We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage. We do not use advertising trackers.
